Poker Sensei focuses exclusively on Texas Hold'em — the most popular poker format worldwide.
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Reset Progress". This will clear all XP, streaks, and scenario history.
Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Poker Sensei → Cancel Subscription.

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the app:
Poker Sensei displays ads powered by IronSource/LevelPlay. These ads may use device identifiers (IDFA) to show relevant advertisements, subject to your device's tracking preferences. You can limit ad tracking in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
All game progress (XP, scenarios completed, daily streaks) is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms. We do not transmit this data to our servers.
Poker Sensei is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
The app uses IronSource/LevelPlay SDK for advertising. Their privacy policy is available at is.com/privacy-policy.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at denblonden@gmail.com. Since we store minimal data, this primarily applies to ad-related identifiers managed by our advertising partner.
